Effect of Soft Skills Training on Teaching Competency of Prospective Teachers

Aims: The present Study examine the effect of Soft Skills training on Teaching Competency Prospective Teachers by administering pre and post test.
 Design: Within framework quasi-experimental research, study has utilized experimental method one-group pre-test post-test design for experiment.
 Place Duration Study: 90 prospective teachers who were enrolled in a two-year teacher program (B.Ed.) at three colleges Bndelkhand University Jhansi, India, during academic year 2022–2023 made up sample size. 
 Methodology: Before is administered, participants' measured using appropriate assessment tools. provided to selected group teachers. After been completed, again same changes competencies from are analyzed statistically paired t-test.
 Results: intervention or soft skills appears have had very significant impact teaching competency, according results. results highlight value including preparation programs provide educators interpersonal emotional intelligence needed effective teaching.
